The “best way” to eat is a matter of following one’s senses and choosing what smells and tastes most delicious and feels most satisfying. That’s how the process of nutrition starts. Superior nutrition is almost that simple, but not quite. Obtaining high-quality food is a learned art.
We need to seek out and select the freshest, ripest, and most naturally and fertilely grown foods if we are to nourish our bodies for optimal health. Search for food grown in remineralized soil, i.e., soil to which mineral-rich rock powder has been added. Ask questions and get the best foods available. And grow your own!
