What is the Best Way to Eat? Grand Junction CO

The “best way” to eat is a matter of following one’s senses and choosing what smells and tastes most delicious and feels most satisfying. That’s how the process of nutrition starts. Superior nutrition is almost that simple, but not quite. Obtaining high-quality food is a learned art.

Free Yourself From Dietetic Myths

Food tables, RDA’s and calorie counters are not needed—in fact, they are useless. Animals in nature do not worry over the chemical composition of their food—they simply eat what Nature provides and eat until satiated. That is how humans evolved over millions of years. The laws of Nature have not changed!
