What is Disease?

by David Klein, Ph.D.

From Living Nutrition vol. 5

Several billion times each day humanity repeats two mistakes which are largely responsible for every problem our species and planet faces. The first is cooking our food. The second is thinking of our psychological and physical problems as “diseases”, and taking drug “treatments” as if “disease” is a condition or entity that needs to be fixed or fought off.
