The solution—don’t get sick in the first place. In order to preserve health, the causes of disease must be avoided, which implies living according to our natural mandate. In other words, we need to learn to live healthfully to begin with so at NOT to bring on costly disease. More importantly, we need to understand the nature of disease and how to best fulfill our physiological requisites so that we aid healing when sickness occurs, rather than further complicating the disease process.

Our health care system is driven by profits, not by educating the public on how to maintain and preserve their well-being. The quality of human health should not depend on who can turn the largest profit. A precise and practical knowledge of the conditions and circumstances which induce disease—as well as the methods for removing disease WITHOUT generating iatrogenic disease (illness that is caused by prescription drugs and medical intervention) is a great need of our time.
