Are you one of those who have tried to get well the Hygienic way but never seem to get there? If you are, you may be doing it the hard way. For instance, you may declare to your whole family, "I'm going to get well, and in a hurry too." With great enthusiasm, you start your health program that very same day. You don all your chic jogging clothes, and go out and jog as far as you can. Then you begin puffing so much you have to stop for a rest, so you can continue. A little later, something painful happens and you limp home. Having not exercised in years, consequently, you woke up the next morning with muscles so sore you couldn't get out of bed, and your foot hurt so bad you couldn't walk. The doctor you consulted said that you had a hairline fracture of a tarsal bone and that you must stay off it for a while. You also had osteoporosis and did not even know it.

They soon find out that they are not in the same condition they were twenty years ago. Most of us are so busy with our lives we let ourselves degenerate without realizing it, until we wear our physical selves out.
