While we can be fit without being healthy, we cannot be healthy without being fit. Anyone who tells you they’re healthy very likely means they’re not suffering from any pathology at the moment. But, if they’re not fit, it’s obvious they’re not healthy.

Becoming fit means developing the ability to do things. Vigorous activity enables your body to rejuvenate or revitalize itself.

Increasing Capillary and Lymph Circulation

Good capillary and lymph circulation is essential to complete nourishment, muscular development, high energy, thoroughgoing detoxification, rejuvenation, and greater mental powers. Vigorous exercise is capable of conferring a plethora of benefits. This is accomplished in many ways. But the most important factor in enhancing body functions lies in rehabilitating the circulatory system.

We have within us about 60,000 miles of tubing that circulates about 6 quarts of blood. Most of this is in the form of capillaries. Inactivity causes non circulation and leads to atrophy of circulatory faculties and degeneration of the body parts they serve.
